Their sustainable home goods and table lights are handmade in Japan’s Gifu prefecture by heritage brand Ameico. For the past 90 years, Ameico has created exceptional quality lighting with exquisite detail. They make each light with bamboo filament, rice paper made with traditional techniques, hand-shaved wood handles, debossed aluminum bases, steel wire frames, and lampshades completely crafted by hand. Master artisans use lamp making techniques passed down over generations for the past 400 years.
