Founders, Malachi and Shannon, work directly with individual artisans, artisan groups, women’s cooperatives, and local development organizations to create increased economic opportunity for Colombian makers and support community development programs. Their team visits each production location, ensuring safe working conditions and fair compensation for their artisan partners.
