Hassle-free returns for U.S. orders

To initiate a return/exchange, get started here.

Exchanges and returns for store credit are free for your first request of any eligible* item. Returns for a refund, and subsequent exchange and return requests are subject to a $7.95 fee for shipping and handling. You must initiate your return/exchange within 30 days of order fulfillment. Discounted and sale items that are not marked final sale up to 40% off are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days.

All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Made Trade does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Holiday Return Policy

For the 2024 holiday season, we’ve extended our Return/Exchange Policy for U.S. orders.

All eligible full-price items purchased between October 15, 2024 and December 31, 2024, can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 15, 2025. This means you’ll have until January 15, 2025 to submit and mail back your return. Products must be in original, unused condition with tags. Returns for a refund are still subject to our standard 30-day return policy.

*Final sale items

Final sale items are noted on the product page and they include: furniture, lighting, oversized items (like hampers and rugs), gift cards, all underwear bottoms and bodysuits, and sale items discounted 40% or more, as well as any items with the "final sale" notice. All international orders outside the U.S. are final sale.

International orders

All orders outside the U.S. are final sale. Any duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier brokerage fees incurred in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.
