Owner Marissa Simones exclusively uses PETA-approved vegan and sustainably harvested cork from Portugal, and handcrafts each cork bag in small batches in Portland, Oregon. Each bag features eco-friendly linen linings sourced from a family-owned United States supplier. Carry Courage is a women-owned company. All of their products are USA-made and manufactured with fair labor practices.
