The MasayaCo handcrafted heirloom quality furniture is even more stunning in person. To ensure you love your piece, we've outlined our satisfaction guarantee below.

Warranty
We offer a 1-year limited warranty against any defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions on all MasayaCo furniture. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

The warranty does not apply to furniture damaged by accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse. In no event, shall liability under this warranty exceeds the original purchase price of defective furniture.

Please inspect your furniture within 7 days of receipt and let us know if you have any concerns. Products damaged during shipment are eligible for an exchange or a repair at no charge to you. Just email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage.

If you are not satisfied with your furniture, we can process a return for a refund (minus the value for shipping) within 7 days from the date of delivery. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for retaining original packaging or supplying their own equivalent packaging for all returns. Item must be received in resellable condition to issue a refund.

Custom orders and gifted merchandise are non-returnable.
