The Paul Bunyan State Trail runs through Nisswa, Minnesota. So it only made sense to make one of our favorite pieces from the Nisswa Collection in a bigger size. The Nisswa Sofa 96 seats four people comfortably and one person luxuriously. Like the rest of the collection, it’s a little mid-century, a little contemporary, and a whole lotta kick back and relax. In the Midwest we sometimes call a big sofa like this a Davenport. You can call it your new crash pad. Made extra comfy with super durable Sunbrella fabric on the cushions. Sunbrella performance fabrics are designed for use outdoors and boast diverse, rich colors that stay brilliant with built-in UV protection and fade resistance.

Due to the nature of the recycled plastic used and electronic media, color of actual products may differ slightly from how they appear on this website on your particular device. Testing has shown increased color change over time for Apple Red, Sunset Orange, and Leaf Green options.

Cushions + Covers

The cushion covers are woven with 100% Sunbrella Acrylic fibers and coated with a non-PFOA soil and stain repellent, making them highly UV, fade, water, mold, and mildew resistant. Sunbrella upholstery fabrics are third-party certified to achieve GREENGUARD GOLD standards and STANDARD 100 by OEKOTEX®, meet California Prop 65 requirements, and are lead-free and AZO dye-free. Plus, they're machine washable, making for the ultimate low-maintenance and eco-friendly outdoor upholstery. The cushion cores are made of urethane foam and polyester fiber with a moisture repellent wrap.

Care: It will never require paint or stain. Mostly you will find a simple hose-off will do the trick when it gets a little dirty. If there is a little more dirt, a simple wet rag and a natural spray cleaner should be sufficient to keep Loll furniture clean. A garden hose and a soft bristle brush or a microfiber towel works great if there is dirt embedded in the texture.

Since 2005, Loll Designs has recycled over 135 million single-use milk jugs to create their modern outdoor furniture. Each of Loll’s sofas, tables, chairs, and planters is intended to be recycled again at the end of its life, with the intention of reducing landfill waste. Manufactured in Duluth, Minnesota, Loll purchases their materials within the United States, which significantly reduces shipping distances, minimizing their carbon footprint, and supporting U.S. economies. Loll Designs recycles over 88% of their manufacturing waste. Cradle to Cradle Certified BRONZE™, Loll Designs’ materials have undergone a thorough review of their human and environmental health characteristics and were deemed acceptable or preferable. They’ve also been a member of 1% for the planet since 2008, donating at least 1% of their annual revenue from their signature Lollygagger collection to local environmental organizations.
